I started this year encouraging people to Be A Better Person and Live a Better Life in 2023. That’s the goal of my website and my blog posts, to help people become the people they want to be with God’s help.

Last week I posted an article looking at the coping mechanisms that we use to cover up our shame (a sense of inadequacy and failure). I referenced my book, Healing the Hurts of Your Past.
